What are Smart Folders used for?

Smart Folders are utilized to dynamically group computers based on defined rules. This functionality allows administrators to automatically organize their infrastructure according to the attributes or conditions specified in those rules. For instance, a Smart Folder can group computers by operating system, environment type (such as production or testing), or any other criteria set by the administrator. This dynamic grouping means that as computers are added or removed from the infrastructure, they are automatically included in or excluded from these Smart Folders without manual intervention.
